Step by Step:
1. Download and install URL Helper3.2 or higher version
(download
URL Helper)
2. Run URL Helper, and startup to watch network traffic
3.Open video website, and play the video and audio
which you want to download.

4.If URL Helper found the RTMP:// URL, then you can
click the mouse right-button. then select "Download
URL by HiDownload", and download it.
Note: If some rtmp stream servers refused HiDownload
to download the stream, then you can use FLV Recorder
